  • 電話報更制度
    1. 本公司為所有場地提供報更服務。電話報更服務是保安員會於指定時間下透過電話向公司報到。此舉為閣下及前線員工提供高度的安全保障。若保安員未能於指定時間內報更,立即展開跟進及調查行動。 同時,場地主管定期編制場地報告,詳細列出場地事件及時間,交回二十四小時控制中心,使本公司能將場地所有發生之事項更詳盡地為閣下報告。
  • 巡邏監察制度
    1. 為使皇家保安之服務達至閣下要求之水平,二十四小時控制中心及巡邏 主任監察保安隊伍的服務質素。其功能如下:
    1. - 提供突擊及抽樣巡查
    1. - 監管及確保表現質素
    1. - 確保達至與閣下所訂立之要求
    1. - 聆聽閣下之聲音及採取快速行動反應
    1. - 於每次巡查執行紀律訓示並加以記錄
    1. 執行巡邏時,每名巡邏主任會記錄巡查資料﹝包括巡查日期之到達和離開時間﹞。
  • Our aim is provides an excellent service, in the course of move forward to this way, we are very concern our staff’s behavior in discipline and honesty. We have an experience Senior Officer team for the duty of internal investigation and individual case, these Senior Officer is direct report and order by our Managing Director. No prior notice to any staff for such investigation and the result is only direct report to the Managing Director.
  • SYSTEM OF TELEPHONE REPORT ON DUTY
    1. Our company provides application for duty to all location, this system of telephone application for duty is work for security guard through the prescribed time to report on duty. This arrangement is to protect the safety of each security guard in frontier. If the security guard fails to report duty on prescribed time, then we must take a follow action and investigation forthwith. At the same time, the officer in charge of the location to prepare a report, including the details of location, time and event, and then send the report to our 24 hours control centre. To enable us to prepare a report in detail for what happen of the incident to the customer.
  • SYSTEM OF PATROL & SUPERVISON
    1. To enable our company to meet the customer’s need and level, 24 hours control centre and patrol, the function and service quality of our Supervisor Security Team are as follows:
    1. - To provide a random and suddenly check
    1. - Supervise and promising for performance quality.
    1. - Promissory to meet the customer’s requirement.
    1. - Patient in listening and take any immediately action and reply.
    1. - To provide discipline briefing and record it down during each patrolling.
    1. When carry out a patrol, each patrol supervisor must take the record and information (including patrol date and time for arrival and leave).

  • Our staff is under the special selection, The human resources Department must search and fully understanding the staff’s body situation, the previous experience, education, personal character, handling matter’s manner, including the family background, to enable us to select a best and suitable security officer.
  • THE STEP FOR SELECTION :
    1. Background search in fully
    2. Verify the address’s proof
    3. Verify working experience for the past three years
    4. Verifying and making enquiry for his/her character
    5. Legal employment proof
    6. Detail interview with recruiter
    7. Examination for oratorical and writing abilities
    8. Apply a Security license from Commission of Police
    9. Test for body health and optical
  • We must concentrate on the quality of each security officer, save except the regulated training for recruit, they must join our internal regular course for review their knowledge and the new information in the society.
  • Our Management Level will supervise in normally in respect of the quality of each staff. A special reward will be given to any outstanding staff in which he/she is received a compliment from the customer.
